Jenny Ticknor
K2 - K3 TeacherEmail
This is Mrs. Ticknor's first year as K2-K3 teacher. She has previous teaching experience in the pre-kindergarten department as a substitute. She is also the elementary librarian.

Christina Arrowood
K4 TeacherEmail
Mrs. Arrowood has served on the teaching staff of ECS for the past two years.
Along with teaching K4, Mrs. Arrowood will be in charge of the library and teaching elementary art.
Mrs. Arrowood is a graduate of Pensacola Christian
College having earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary education.
Mrs. Arrowood's husband, Bert, is also on staff at the school and church

Elizabeth Rockwell
K5 and Day CareEmail
Miss Rockwell is a graduate of Northland Baptist Bible College with a Bachelor of Science degree in lower elementary education and holds certification with AACS. She has served as a full time intern teacher in Florida. Miss Rockwell has served as a camp counselor for children in Nova Scotia two summers and has co-taught English in Chengdu, China. She is very active in local church ministries.

Lydia Griffith
First & Second Grade TeacherEmail
Mrs. Griffith is in her fourth year with ECS. She has been in education for 20 years having served Faith Baptist Academy, Waterboro, SC, Mt View Christian, Cowpens, SC, and Calvary Christian of Belton, SC. Mrs. Griffith earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Tabernacle Baptist Bible College in Greenville, SC. Mrs. Griffith’s husband is the pastor of Lighthouse Baptist Church. They have five children.

Joan Anderson
Third Grade TeacherEmail
Mrs. Anderson is serving in her first year at ECS. She holds a Bachelor of Religious Education degree from Massillon Baptist College and a Master of Religious education degree from Covington Theological Seminary. Mrs. Anderson began her teaching career in 1978 at Keystone Christian Academy in Pennsylvania. She was a professor in the elementary education department of the Massillon Baptist College and she taught first grade at A.C.L.I.A in Brazil. Among her teaching areas, she has taught at Ohio's Belmont County Technical College in the computer department and at Marietta Bible College, in Marietta, Ohio. Altogether she has 24 years teaching experience. Mrs. Anderson has two children and four grandchildren.

Carrie Whitehead
Fourth Grade TeacherEmail
Mrs. Whitehead is a graduate of Pensacola Christian College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Sacred Piano. She had been on the ECS staff for the past four years. Along with her teaching duties she is the church pianist and very active in other church ministries. Mrs. Whitehead works closely with her husband Dennis, who is the church music director and Pastor's assistant.

Rela Biagiotti
Fifth Grade TeacherEmail
Mrs. Biagiotti comes to ECS with 10 years experience in upper elementary education. She is a graduate of Bob Jones University with a Bachelor of Science degree and has served in teaching positions in several states. She and her husband Tim have been involved in a number of local church ministries.

Ellen Lont
Sixth Grade TeacherEmail
Mrs. Lont has been teaching in Christian schools for the past 30 years. As a Tennessee Temple University graduate, much of her experience has been in the fifth grade. She has taught in Florida, Maryland, and New York. Along with her teaching duties, Mrs. Lont has been active in various church ministries, after school Bible Clubs, and camp counselor. Mrs. Lont and her husband Ken have one daughter.

April Garlick
Elementary Choir / Elementary Physical EducationEmail
Miss Garlick is a graduate of Pensacola Christian College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Music education.
This is Miss Garlick's first of teaching at ECS. She will be directing the high school choir, elementary choir,
seventh grade music theory, and elementary physical education.
